This summit aims to facilitate the transformation of local traditional dishes into global franchise products, enabling their international export through franchising. In addition, WHFFS 2025 offers existing franchisors the opportunity to expand their brands into new markets while exploring the inclusion of unique heritage dishes and beverages into their current offerings.Participating in WHFFS 2025 provides companies with a powerful branding opportunity to attract consumers in this new era, who increasingly prefer to patronize food and beverage outlets that demonstrate ethical and responsible business practices, such as the preservation of heritage food and do their parts in protecting local biodiversity while being able to offer also diverse culinary traditions of the world. |
